Meet Molly, also known as “Boss Lady”. Molly is the inspiration behind the salon, the heart and soul of Bryll. She is our energetic spirit and our dedicated leader, who has a deep passion for the hair industry and making every client feel valued. When she’s not beating you in her fantasy football team, she can be found investing in the growth of each one of her stylists or transforming your hair behind the chair.
Karinna C • Elite Artist
Meet Karinna, born and raised in North County, she is our cheerful presence who always brings a smile to the salon. If she’s not taking her yorkie and golden retriever to the dog beach, spending time with family or baking her favorite recipes, she can be found taking on transformation color sessions from blonding, expressive colors, or color corrections. Karinna is passionate about providing you with the style of your dreams, but more importantly leaving you with a smile on your face as you leave with hair that you are excited to show off.
Brittany K • Advanced Artist
Meet Brittany. Brittany is our free spirit who brings fun and adventure to Bryll. When she’s not behind the chair, she loves to spend time with her kids and use her creativity to make jewelry for her line. She can also be found riding her horse, Sassy Classy. Brittany believes that hair brings clients into the salon, but there is a greater purpose for the connection. Because of this, she is passionate about being intentional with every client who sits in her chair. She desires to add value not only to her clients’ hair needs, but also to their overall value of their life.

Meet Nicoli. Nicoli is our charismatic, social butterfly. She is very attentive to every client's interests and goals. She loves to cook when she’s not in the salon and adores her cats, Stanley and Marbles. Nicoli strives to be both open-minded and open-hearted as both a professional and a friend; she is consistently trying to improve herself personally and professionally. Nicoli takes pride in her work and is passionate about providing her clients with an experience that leaves them excited to show off their new look.

Meet Mari, our authentic, fun-loving, music-lover *cue rave lights and head banging*. Mari loves all things fashion, make-up, and hair care. She, like Ita, is also passionate about animals. Mari is constantly seeking to improve her craft through further education and experience. She takes pride in her work and desires to put a smile on every client’s face. Mari’s mission is to use her craft to boost your self-esteem, helping every client recognize their natural beauty.

Meet Ita, also known as our chef de cuisine who loves music festivals and animals, especially her two cats, Ellie and Misty. When Ita is not making her famous enchiladas or Thanksgiving mac ‘n cheese, she is constantly seeking to be better at her craft. Ita is authentic, kind and relatable. She strives to live in the present verses worrying about what is to come. She is dedicated to understanding what every client needs and wants and then creating the look that complements you best.

Meet Kimberly, one of the bright smiles that you meet when you walk into Bryll. Kim is a lover of hiking Torrey Pines and baking chocolate chip cookies. She desires to invest in the next generation of youth as an elementary teacher and is currently working towards her degree in sociology and child psychology. Kimberly comes from a close family and in turn, seeks to make clients feel a part of the Bryll family.

Meet Klew. Klew is our entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for design and detail. Her talents lend well to her desire to study architecture and design or entrepreneuship in college. She loves staying active, whether it’s spending time in the gym, soaking up the sun at the beach or shopping at all the cutest boutique stores in Encinitas. Klew is passionate about creating a team environment at Bryll, serving every client and stylist with the highest level of care.

Meet Sydney, another multi-task master who loves investing in people. Originally from the East coast, Sydney feels at home anywhere by the ocean. When she is not attempting to swing a golf club with her golfing husband, she is somewhere on a mountain or paddle boarding on a lake. Outside of the salon, Sydney works in education, building up the next generation of young professionals. Inside the salon, she is committed to adding value to the lives of every Bryll client from the moment they walk in the door.
